Teens at the Crossroads

The youth is our youth for the future of our heritage. They are a valuable asset to the Islamic religion remain internalized and practiced by the Islamic community in the future. They are the expectations of society and state. So it is important for us to ensure that they are willing to carry the banner of our struggle in the future. They should be people who could be expected, not only to foster community and developed countries, but more important is that the Muslim community will continue to serve as a guide.

Alhamdulillaah, now many good examples that we take as an example. We have a group of Muslim youth who could be the pride and expectations of society. And now we see more and more crowded our young children who have the awareness and appreciation of Islamic religion. They wanted to practice Islam in all aspects of their lives. This should be proud of and disseminated to make it more lively teens and young groups make Islam as their lives.

But there are still many among our youth who carry the culture as opposed to the pure values of Islam. For example, every year more than 100 Muslim couples registering for marriage with the candidate's wife who was pregnant. Most of them will give birth to children outside of marriage while a small portion of their abortionist. Is there is what we want in our Islamic society? This is said to be there any Khairul best of the ummah, or community?

More and more of our teenagers without reluctant and embarrassed to open their aurat. Some are even more daring again. They both-pair and indecent behavior in public places. This is contrary to Islamic teachings. The question is, why they do such things?

Many factors play a role. But the most visible is the factor pendoktrinan against foreign cultures (Ghazwul Fikr). If there are ancient television. Today we face the same Internet technology and cable television in which all forms of information can be gained simply by pressing the button on the remote only.

It can not be denied that the Internet and cable television bring good. By which we know better world developments and the latest science sciences. Our society is no longer like a frog under the shell. Various benefits can be obtained.

But the Internet and cable television also brings the elements that conflict with Islamic values. And if we do not fortified and strengthened by religion, then we too can be deceived by these negative elements. Every time we watch a western movie, will present scenes that are not compatible with Islam. Every time we watch television we will hear the sayings dirty. Every time we watch television we are presented with a lifestyle contrary to Islamic values. Imagine! A teenager who still need guidance in their lives, are presented every day with live budya contrary to Islam, would not he will be easily affected?

In the Internet too, with easy viewing porn pages. If this becomes a daily menu for our Muslim children during their're ABG, then no wonder the end of Islamic values to be foreign to them. In these circumstances, who is to blame?

Every parent is responsible to educate their children with Islamic values. Children are God's mandate. And God will ask us accountable in the Hereafter on the education of our children are. How many parents who will be dragged down to hell for the actions of their children?!

We should not blame the cable television or the internet on the teenagers and moral collapse of the youth nowadays. Instead we need to think again. Is there a role we've played enough as a father or mother or brother or a sister? Are there any we've played a role in educating and instilling faith in the soul of our Muslim children so they are not easily deceived? Have the children we are given a taste of Islamic teaching for them to face the world today is full of temptations.

The children of parents originally looked at them as a guide their lives. Had the parents not giving a good example, if the parents themselves affected by the negative elements of the West, it was not astonished when their children also berkelakukan so. As the saying goes: Father Standing Urine, Urine child ran.

But if parents show a good example for their children, their families as a family makes Islami, which apply Islamic values in their family, then believe me, their children will also make Islam as the guide of their lives.

Through this article, I want to appeal to teenagers and young people, so as to realize that they are the hope of family and country. If they carry the responsibility as a dynamic Islamic Youth, then our society and country will be more forward again. But if they are more concerned keseronokan and entertainment so negligent of the responsibility, the community and our country will be weakened.

As a Muslim youth, we have four responsibilities:

First: We MUST realize that time is not to berhura teen-rah, but this time MUST be filled with seek knowledge and live the religion of Islam. Make this time as preparation for the future when we get older one day.

Second: We are not easily deceived by the negative elements. Take a good culture than anyone else in the search for and improve the science. But kekalkan character and way of life of Muslims. We'll be the one of the most respected and revered in the future. We will Honor in the world and the Hereafter, Insha Allah.

Third: As a teenager, let us not spend time imagining the feelings of love and looking for a mate. It did not bring many results. In fact, our precious time that should be spent with seeking knowledge or dedication to the community.

Fourth: Respect our parents, although in our view they do not understand the soul and our feelings. Indeed, our Parents are heaven door. Had we not agree with them, say in a tone of gentle and polite, not to yell and show anger.

Word of Allah in Sura Al-Isra ', verse 23 which means, "And your Lord has determined that ye should not worship except Allah, and let you do good with them. If one of them or both of them have been old age, do not said harshly to them, but speak to them with good speech and gentle. "
